CCPA Opt-Out
This California Privacy Notice ("Notice") supplements, and is incorporated into, the Privacy Policy of Argo and its owners and affiliates (collectively, "we," "us," or "our") and applies to personal information we collect online or offline from California residents ("consumers," "you," or "your").

Any service provider receiving personal information from us must agree to protect it and use or disclose it only to deliver services to us and for limited business purposes, such as detecting security breaches and meeting legal obligations.

Right to Know
Subject to certain exceptions, you may ask us to disclose the following about the personal information we've collected about you over the past 12 months:

Right to Delete
Subject to certain exceptions, you may request that we delete personal information we've collected from you.

Submitting Requests to Know and Delete Personal Information
You can submit a request to know or delete by contacting us in either of these ways:

Before processing your request, we must verify your identity — confirming that you are the person whose personal information we collected, or someone authorized to act as that person's agent. We will ask you to provide certain information so we can confirm your identity, such as contact details, Account information, and/or health information.
You may name an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. When you do, the agent must present written proof of your permission, and in some cases we may still require you to verify your own identity directly with us. We may reject a request from an agent who cannot demonstrate that you authorized them to act for you.
Requests to know or delete personal information belonging to a child under 13 may be submitted only by a parent or legal guardian. We may require such a requestor to sign a consent form under penalty of perjury, or to speak by phone with trained staff, to confirm they are the child's parent or legal guardian.
You may submit a request to know or delete your personal information no more than twice within any 12-month period.
Response Timing and Format
We will acknowledge receipt of your request to know or delete within 10 business days and explain how we will handle it, including our identity-verification process and when you can expect a response.
Changes to Our Privacy Notice
We may revise this Notice at any time; however, we will not use personal information we've already collected for a materially different purpose than what was disclosed in the Notice at the time of collection without first obtaining your explicit consent for the new purpose.
