Argo is direct-pay. Nothing is billed to a department plan, TRICARE, or any insurer. One transparent price covers your physician review, your therapy, and your refills — usually below what a copay and specialist visit run.

It changes the read. Shift work moves cortisol, testosterone, and sleep architecture in ways a standard reference range won't explain. Tell your physician your rotation at intake and your labs get interpreted against it, not against a nine-to-five.

Some therapies are. Rules vary by branch, department, and duty status, and a few are restricted for deployable or safety-sensitive roles. Check with your command, flight surgeon, or department medical officer first — our physicians will also flag anything that conflicts during review.

Home, station, or base — including APO and FPO where the medication and destination allow. Packaging is unmarked, and delivery needs no signature. Refill timing flexes with your rotation.

Update your address in the member portal and the refill follows you. If the new state requires a different prescribing clinician, we handle the transfer so your protocol doesn't break.
